Toray liquid crystal polyester resin Siveras* is a super engineering plastic that was developed on the basis of Toray’s advanced technology for polyester resin production.
It offers the following properties that are not found in standard engineering plastics: 1. High strength and high flexibility, 2. High heat resistance, 3. Dimensional stability, 4. Good molding properties, 5. Good vibration absorption properties.
A special feature of Siveras* is its superiority to conventional liquid crystal polymers in terms of molding properties (fluidity, stability in retention).

液晶高分子聚合物是80年代初期发展起来的一种新型高性能工程塑料，英文名为：Liquid Crystal Polyester，简称为LCP。液晶聚合物（LCP）是一种由刚性分子链构成的，在一定物理条件下能出现既有液体的流动性又有晶体的物理性能各向异性状态（此状态称为液晶态）的高分子物质。

1.中文名稱是 液晶高分子就可以了,高分子就是聚合物,所以通常稱之為 液晶高分子或是液晶聚合物,但是液晶聚合物很少用,幾乎都講 液晶高分子比較多!



2.液晶高分子是一個領域,並沒有特地的分子式或是結構式,它的定義是:同時具有液體與晶體特性的高分子,所以基本上它就是高分子或是聚合物,只是它同時具有液晶的性質而已!

3.那高分子如何會有 液晶的特性要看它有沒有包含液晶段,這又是另一個複雜的問題了,因為液晶段的種類很多限制也很多!市面上有很多液晶的產品,會簽扯到專利的問題,而大家熟知的電腦螢幕的LCD則是偏向小分子液晶而不是高分子液晶!
要保壓, 把保壓跟射出 一並計算在內,因為連接器肉厚薄加上工程塑膠 冷卻速度快,所以不一定要特別加長保壓時間
.
LCP 工程塑膠跟外殼PC/ABS材料不同,工程塑膠就是快速 . 連接器都是使用短纖 (成品 肉厚 薄 ) 使用長纖會射不飽.
