1. 將註釋圈在文字方塊中

欲將文字或字元圈在方塊中，需在文字前面鍵入「@[」，並在後面鍵入「@]」。

例如：

@[Notes in drawings@] 會在整個文字字串外面圍上一個方框。

@[Notes@]在工程圖中把方塊放在「註記」一詞的周圍。

2. 建立上標和下標文字

建立上標文字，請鍵入 [@+text@#]，

建立下標文字，請鍵入 [@-text@#]，

3. 工程圖標籤 - 可將下列工程圖標籤新增至工程圖中：

◦ &todays_date - 以 dd-mm-yy 形式 (例如，2-Jan-92) 增加日期，作為註記建立日期。如果在格式表中包括這個符號，則在複製該格式到工程圖中時，系統會對其進行計算。

◦ &model_name - 增加用於工程圖的模型。

◦ &dwg_name - 增加工程圖的名稱。

◦ &scale - 增加工程圖的比例。

◦ &type - 增加工程圖模型類型。

◦ &format - 增加格式大小。

◦ &linear_tol_0_0 through &linear_tol_0_000000 - 增加一到六個小數位的線性公差值。

◦ &angular_tol_0_0 through &angular_tol_0_000000 - 增加一到六個小數位的角度公差值。

◦ &sheet_number - 為放置註記的頁面增加頁碼。

◦ &sheet_namer - 為放置註記的頁面增加頁面名稱。

◦ &total_sheets - 增加工程圖的總頁碼。
